Electronic Filing

Guidance on Electronic Filings:

Any party represented by an attorney in the Supreme Court is required to submit filings through the electronic filing system. At the current time, pro se filers cannot file through this system. The official filing copy is the paper version at the present time. The electronic filing is a supplemental filng requirement but does not substitute for the physical paper filing. The electronic version should be submitted contemporaneously with the filing of the paper document in this Court. Thus, if a document is mailed or delivered by third-party commercial carrier, it should be submitted through the system at or near the same time that it is delivered to the Postal Service or third-party carrier. If a document is delivered to the Court directly, it should be submitted through the system at or near the same time that it is delivered.
